Art Guidelines
However you choose to send your artwork, please follow the guideline below concerning format and requirements for your artwork.
We prefer clean black & white vector art drawn and created (not placed, copied or imported) in a program such as Adobe Illustrator (V.11or lower) or CorelDraw (V.11or lower). All text/fonts must be converted into curves or outlines. Send as either an .eps or .ai file.
We also accept camera-ready art as a PMT or Slick. Scanned images (bmp, tiff or jpeg) are not considered camera-ready art.

***If sending by email, please include in the subject line your Company Name, PO Number and brief art description. Please fax a hard copy order and art for verification.
Software (Macintosh or PC based):
- Adobe Illustrator 11.0, create outlines. Save as Illustrator (AI)
- Corel Draw 11.0 convert text to curves. Save as .CDR file.
- We also accept camera-ready art as a PMT or Slick.
- Scanned images (bmp, tiff or jpeg) are not considered camera-ready art.
